Get your fill of crunchy Breslow Burrito fast, for sake of charity and your taste buds
Red Sox pitcher Craig Breslow has a delicious-sounding innovation this month at Anna’s Taqueria: adding crumbled tortilla chips to a grilled steak burrito.
Called the Breslow Burrito, the meal – cheese, rice, black beans, salsa and guacamole are also crammed in there, with no substitutions – goes for standard Anna’s prices of $5.45 for a regular and $6.25 for a super. But $3 of each order will be sent off to Breslow’s Strike 3 Foundation, which raises awareness, mobilizes support and raises money for childhood cancer research, according to an Anna’s press release.
The small Mexican chain partners semi-regularly with area charities, often with local celebrities.
The Breslow Burrito is available at all six Anna’s locations through May.
