State Rep. Jay Livingstone, a Democrat in the 8th Suffolk District made up of parts of Cambridge and Boston, plans an office hour from 9 to 10 a.m. Sept. 30 to receive feedback, ideas and suggestions on neighborhood issues and statewide policy priorities. It is scheduled for 1369 Coffee House, 757 Massachusetts Ave., Central Square.
