State Rep. Dave Rogers, a Democrat in the 24th Middlesex District made up of two precincts of Cambridge, five precincts of Arlington and all of Belmont, plans two more office hours in February, including one in Cambridge from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 26 at Fiorella’s Express, 2401 Mass Ave., North Cambridge.

There will be an office hour in Belmont on Friday.
