The Cambridge Innovation Center co-working space in Kendall Square is set to host “Startups for Small Businesses” May 11.

From the City of Cambridge, April 14, 2016: In support of Cambridge’s buzzing entrepreneurial ecosystem and in celebration of Small Business Week, the city is hosting “Startups for Small Businesses” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 11 at the Cambridge Innovation Center, on the fifth floor at One Broadway, Kendall Square.

The program will connect small-business owners with products and services designed to support them. There will be more than a dozen participating startups developing innovative, cost-effective ways to help small businesses boost sales.

Because this event is structured as a conversational fair, small-business owners will be able to browse and test these marketing, operations and support tools while providing feedback and suggestions to their developers. In addition, representatives from the Small Business Association and Google will be present to share further resources and information with business owners.

Registration is free, but is required by clicking here.

Any locally based startup offering a product or service relevant to small businesses may register for a table by emailing [email protected]. Space is limited. Participants should plan to bring photo identification to get into the CIC.

This program is sponsored by the City of Cambridge and the Cambridge Innovation Center.
