I am writing to thank the voters of Cambridge who nominated me as the Democratic candidate for state Senate in the Second Middlesex District last week.

I am so grateful to all the volunteers who contacted friends and neighbors and helped our campaign succeed.

Our campaign built on relationships of people and organizations who have worked together for progressive causes in Cambridge and statewide for many years.

I look forward to continuing to work together for economic justice, educational opportunity for all, environmental sustainability, criminal justice reform and security for seniors – among many other issues facing our state.
