From the Massachusetts Alliance of Portuguese Speakers, Nov. 3, 2015: The Massachusetts Alliance of Portuguese Speakers provides free help with fuel assistance applications for Portuguese speakers by appointment at the nonprofit agency’s offices in Cambridge, Brighton, Dorchester and Lowell. The program runs from Nov. 1 to April 30 and is available to any family or person within the income guidelines. Clients renewing assistance don’t need to wait and can schedule an appointment now.
