From the Cambridge Police Department, Nov. 8, 2017: The police department’s Special Response Team is holding public safety training exercises between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the Foundry building on Rogers Street in East Cambridge. The training is restricted to the general public. Officers from the team will be in full uniform and may use tactical vehicles. There is no danger to the public and we urge residents not to be alarmed.
