Something smells rotten in Cambridge. It’s the stench of career politicians – our city councillors – taking money from developers whose projects they vote on, then holding up an affordable housing crisis to deflect criticism or questioning of their motives.

Ask Brown why any of us should vote for him and he immediately points to his bipartisan voting record. But really he votes for core Republican positions almost every time, and alongside Democrats on such things as naming post offices or codifying rules of behavior for National Parks.
