If you haven’t had enough truffle this year, Tuesday’s special Black and White Truffle Dinner at Bondir might do the trick.

The $150 four-course meal (with each course paired with a wine) begins at 6:30 p.m. with canapés served by the restaurant’s fireplace – raclette with Mangalitsa prosciutto; truffle tartine with ricotta, caramelized onion and anchovy; and truffled pecorino canederli (bread dumplings) paired with a Jo Landron Atmospheres Brut from Loire, France – before a sit-down dinner.

Chef Jason Bond’s dinner for the night includes a frisée au lardon salad with smoked pork rib, alba truffle-scented quail egg and Perigord truffle vinaigrette paired with a 2012 Schloss Gobelsburg “Gobelsburger” from Kamptal, Austria; raviolo con uovo al tartufo di alba with Jersey butter sauce paired with a 2010 Olivier Merlin from Macon-La Roche Vineuse, France; and a chicken dish, poulet en vessie demi deuil with mushroom ragú, pommes aligot and pickled wild leek paired with a 2010 Chateau Maro de Saint Amant, a Saint Emilion grand cru.

A citrus sorbet with tarragon and Campari follows, and an apricot soufflé with white truffle ice cream and almond dragées paired with a 2011 Selbach-Oster, Zeltinger Sonnenuhr, from Mosel, Germany.

Seating is limited and reservations are required by calling (617) 661-0009.

Bondir is at 279A Broadway, near Central Square.
