Cambridge residents age 18 to 35 who are looking for a full-time job but lack a college degree are invited to apply to the Cambridge Works Transitional Jobs Program. It provides a three-month paid internship; support from a case manager; weekly job readiness classes; and job placement assistance to participants who have had difficulty getting hired due to limited work experience, gaps in work history or legal or personal issues.
