We invite readers to send us photos from around the community. These photos are from the State House, where Senator Sal DiDomenico hosted a class of 7th graders from the Community Charter School of Cambridge this past week. DiDomenico showed them around the Senate Chamber, the Senate Balcony, the Senate Reading Room, and answered their questions about how the State House works, how he likes his job, and what it’s like being a senator.

“I had the pleasure of speaking with these precocious students right in the Senate Chamber, and I was inspired by these young kids who were engaged in our discussion and clearly interested in how their government works,” said DiDomenico. “It is always a highlight of my day when I can spend time with Cambridge students and answer their interesting questions.”
