This pro- (or at least happy) condom graffiti at Inman and Harvard streets was irresistible to City Council candidate Minka vanBeuzekom. “It reminds me of my days in the late ’80s at the state Department of Public Health in the AIDS program,” said vanBeuzekom, who more recently has been applying her Boston University master’s degree in public health, environmental health and epidemiology to making Cambridge more green. “We were always talking about cute ways to get guys to use a jimmy hat,” she said. “Who could resist this call to Jimmy?”

Certainly not the bunny we see here.
