The Community Preservation Act Committee will hold a working committee meeting at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday to discuss financials, anticipated funding resources for next year and how to refine the proposed schedule for the rest of the 2014 CPA process.

The Community Preservation Act takes state funds and a property tax surcharge and spends the money on affordable housing, historic preservation and open space needs.

The meeting is to be held in the Ackermann Room at City Hall, 795 Massachusetts Ave., Central Square.
