From the Jefferson R. Smith campaign, Oct. 4: The campaign of Jefferson R. Smith for Cambridge City Council plans to hold a meet-and-greet event at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Daniel F. Burns apartments, 30 Churchill Ave., North Cambridge.
