For Cambridge residents not already registered to vote this year, the last day to register is Wednesday until 8 p.m.

The city’s municipal election will be held Nov. 5. Polls will be open Election Day from 7 to 8 p.m.

Absentee ballots are available at the Cambridge Election Commission office for voters who are unable to go to the polls Election Day due to physical disability, religious belief or absence from the city. Absentee ballots are available through noon Nov. 4. They may be mailed to voters, or such voters may choose to vote at the commission office during regular city office hours: Mondays, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Tuesdays through Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The office will also be open for absentee voting from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 1 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 2 – Friday and Saturday, respectively.
