The Cambridge Citywide Senior Center is hosting two poetry reading and writing workshops led by Cambridge poet populist Lo Galluccio as part of National Poetry Month and Senior Citizen Month. Norma Roth, senior activist, educator and author will also be on hand to read from her works. The theme for the upcoming workshops: “Aging Gracefully, Aging Defiantly.”
The first workshop is from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday; the second is 1 to 3 p.m. May 6. Both are at the Citywide Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., Central Square.
