Peace Be Unto You,
Dear Ms. Preval,
At the recent Master Plan Meeting, the question aroused,if I was going to make and submit, a comment at the June 16th. Community Preservation Act (CPA) meeting, my response was one of uncertainty. But after reflecting and contemplating, on how not one project was accepted in the Participatory Budgeting Process for funding, that directly related to benefiting the deprived and marginalized sectors of our community, I had a change of heart and mind, and decided to make a brief project statement.
My statement will be somewhat of a revised project proposal, that I made to the Participatory Budgeting Process, that wasn’t acted upon, and that I have been tiredly advancing, concerning much needed Affordable Housing, being Specifically designed and developed, for our local homelessness sector and mosaic.
Yours In Peace,
Mr. Hasson J. Rashid
