State Rep. Dave Rogers, a Democrat in the 24th Middlesex District made up of two precincts of Cambridge, five precincts of Arlington and all of Belmont, has upcoming office hours, including one in Cambridge from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 23 at Dunkin’ Donuts, 2480 Massachusetts Ave., North Cambridge.
There will be an office hour in Belmont on Aug. 16; and one is planned for Arlington on Aug. 20.
