The long arm of the City of Worcester stretches all the way to the O’Connell Library, 48 Sixth St., East Cambridge, in a Friday photo from Heather Hoffman. This alarming sign was posted at construction for the library’s pocket park. Maybe Cambridge’s Public Works Department just ran out of its own signs and picked up a fill-in at a DPW secondhand shop? (Assuming those are a thing.) But maybe trespassers really risk somehow annoying Worcester officials in offices some 40 miles away. (Marc Levy)
