State Rep. Steve Owens, a Democrat in the 29th Middlesex District made up of parts of Cambridge and Watertown, has upcoming office hours in Cambridge from 10 to noon Sept. 28 at the Cambridge Public Library’s Collins Branch, 64 Aberdeen Ave., West Cambridge, and 10 to noon Sept. 30 at Sarah’s Market & Cafe, 200 Concord Ave., Observatory Hill. The Representative is looking forward to hearing from constituents on state-related legislative or personal matters.
Office hours take place in Watertown on Sept. 12 and 23.
