By force of the power vested in me by Special Act of the State Legislature of 1961 (Chapter 455), Special Act of the State Legislature of 2024 (Chapter 131), I hereby amend the Traffic Regulations of the City of Cambridge by adding the following regulation.
REGULATION #2024-01
Regulation Number 66-1, Section 21.2, โSCHEDULE 13โ is hereby amended by striking out the following: ย
Sections 16.3(a), (e) and (f), 16.4(a), 16.4(c), 16.9, 16.13, and 16.14. Section 18.3(b)
The penalties for the above sections shall be $25 except for the following sections: 14.1(a) 2-3 and 7, 14.1(b) 9-10, 14.7(a)(b), 14.9(a)(b), 16.4(b), 16.8, and 16.14 shall be $30. Sections 14.1(a)1, 14.1(a)9, 14.1(a) 4-6, 14.1(b)2, 14.1(b) 6-8, 16.3(f) and 16.5(b) shall be $40. Sections 14.1(a)(10), 15.2, and 16.7 shall be $50.00.
The first late penalty shall be $10 for all sections except 14.7(d), 15.2, 15.5(a) and 16.7. The first late penalty for Sections 15.2 and 15.5(a) shall be $0. The first late penalty for Section 14.7(d) and 16.7 shall be $5. The second late penalty shall be $0 for Sections 15.5(a) and 16.7. The second late penalty shall be $5 for Sections 14.1(a) 4-6, 14.1(b) 6-8, 15.2, 16.3(f) and 16.5(b). The second late penalty shall be $10 for Sections 14.1(a)(1), 14.1(a)(9), 14.1(a)(10) and 14.1(b)(2). The second late penalty shall be $15 for Sections 14.1(a) 2-3 and7, 14.1(b)(4), 14.1(b) 9-10, 14.7(a)(b), 14.9(a)(b), 16.4(a), 16.4(b), 16.8, and 16.14. The second late penalty shall be $20 for Sections 13, 14.1(a)(8), 14.1(b)(3), 14.1(b)(5),14.2, 14.4, 14.5, 14.6, 14.8, 15.2(d), 15.4, 16.3(a)(d)(e), 16.9, 16.13, and 18.3. The third late penalty (non-renewal) shall be $40.00 for all sections except for Section 15.5(a). All late penalties per the Law of the Commonwealth, G.L. c.90 ยง20Aยฝ.ย
And furthermore by adding the following:
