The Planning Board of the City of Cambridge will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. located at Remote participation on Zoom (see below) on special permit application case PB-22 Amendment for the property located at 8 James Way for which the Applicant is Paul Blainey seeking special permits pursuant to Section 11.15. b. Modification to a townhouse development after a subdivision has been recorded for a proposal to Construct an addition to an existing townhouse.
