Steve Owens, a Democrat in the 29th Middlesex District made up of parts of Cambridge and Watertown, has upcoming office hours in Cambridge from 9 to 10:30 a.m. March 7 at Kendall Kitchen at the Quad, 10 Wilson Road, Cambridge Highlands. He has hour in Watertown on March 17 and March 24. The Representative is looking forward to hearing from constituents on state-related legislative or personal matters.
