Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Project # 24-lbj-002-LBJ Envelope/Facade Repairs, at 150 Erie St in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BWA Architecture 132 Lincoln St Boston, MA 02111.
The project consists of Repairing the Envelope/Facade.
The work is estimated to cost $1,300,000.00.
The scope of Facade Repairs proposed at LBJ Apartments includes the removal and replacement of existing EIFS Cladding, installation of a new liquid applied weather resistive barrier, replacement of sealant joints at areas of removal, and repairs to the metal roof coping system.
General bids will be received by Friday, April 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM and publicly opened online, forthwith.
