The Cambridge Election Commission has issued a release:

The special state election to fill the position of state senator for the Middlesex, Suffolk and Essex senate district left vacant by Anthony Galluccio will be held May 11. Voters who live in the following precincts are eligible to vote in this election: Ward 3, Precinct 2; Ward 6; Ward 7; Ward 8, Precincts 1, 2; Ward 9, Precinct 1; Ward 10, Precinct 2. The polls will be open Election Day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Absentee Ballots are available at the Cambridge Election Commission office, 51 Inman St. Any voter unable to go to the polls Election Day due to physical disability, religious belief, or absence from the city may request an absentee ballot from the commission. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is noon May 10. Absentee Ballots may be mailed to voters, or such voters may choose to vote at the commission office during regular city office hours: Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m to 5 p.m.; and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to noon.
