At the City Council meeting tonight, the city manager’s item No. 9 is about a proposal for a pilot program on curbside collection of food scraps.
You are welcome to speak on this environmental priority at public comment at the beginning of the meeting, from 5:30 to 6 p.m.
Anyone can speak for up to three minutes on any item on the agenda.
