From the City of Cambridge, June 24, 2016: There will be free activities for children ages 4 to 12 at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Donnelly Field in East Cambridge, Glacken Field in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood south of Fresh Pond and Hoyt Field in the Riverside neighborhood.
All kids taking part in these Fourth of July races at the fields will get a prize, and all kids in doll and bike parade activities will get a Cambridge Recreation T-shirt.
The city’s Department of Human Service Program’s Recreation Division is hosting.
