NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Public notice is hereby given that the Cambridge Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. via zoom webinar for an Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) for the MBTA’s vegetation management along the Red and Green Lines associated with the Charles River in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40).

A copy of the submittal is on file at the Conservation Commission office at 147 Hampshire Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts and may be reviewed by calling (617) 349-4680 or emailing [email protected]. Interested persons may appear at the public meeting to be heard.
