Preliminary election early voting
Early voting for the Sept. 16 preliminary election takes place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week at City Hall, 93 Highland Ave., Central Hill. Vote from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, or from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Wilson campaign events
Mayoral candidate Jake Wilson, a city councilor at large, holds a campaign event from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at 83 Jaques St., Ten Hills. The “Campaign Cocktail Club” includes a bar tended by Wilson. RSVP through Wilson’s website.
Another Wilson campaign event is 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Casey’s Tavern, 173 Broadway, East Somerville. This event includes free pizza and wings, as well as a cash bar. RSVP online.
Ballantyne mobilization event
Mayor Katjana Ballantyne plans a volunteer mobilization gathering for her reelection campaign at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The event takes place at Sally O’Brien’s, 335 Somerville Ave., Union Square. Email manager@katjana.org to RSVP.
Murray at PJ Ryan’s
Candidate for Ward 7 councilor Michael Murray holds a campaign event from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at PJ Ryan’s, 239 Holland St., Teele Square.
