A release of oil and/or hazardous materials has occurred at this location, which is a disposal site as defined by M.G.L. c. 21E, ยง 2 and the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, 310 CMR 40.0000. This disposal site is designated a Public Involvement Plan site, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 21E ยง14(a) and 310 CMR 40.1404.
As of January 16, 2026, a new Licensed Site Professional (LSP) has been assigned to the project. On February 17, 2026, the final Administrative Consent Order with Penalty (ACOP) was issued by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP). As a result, a virtual public meeting will be held on MARCH 18, 2026 at 7:00pm EST via Zoom to introduce the new consulting team, summarize the deadlines provided in the final ACOP, provide an update on the status of the project transition, and obtain updated contact information from interested community members.
