Things were lively in Harvard Square Sunday, with the Harvard Square Business Association’s Oktoberfest, the 5th Annual Filipino American festival, plus the Honk! parade in its 21st edition and the subsequent mini-concerts around Harvard Square. (See our piece on the first 20 years of Honk!)
