In just over a year and a half, Acquired Taste Comedy has developed a reputation for being, as founder Don Yan calls it, “painstakingly crafty” in presenting shows around the Cambridge area. After stints at the Museum of Modern Renaissance, Mass Ave Diner and Starlight Square, its latest offering, “Above the Clouds,” brings comedy Wednesday to Central Square’s Cloud & Spirits (Surprise! Acquired Taste was supposedly on hiatus until the fall). Cloud & Spirits has evolved from a Korean-infused dining experience to an event space, but its commitment to carefully curated cocktails remains. The lineup for this edition is as carefully curated, featuring local favorites including Yan, headliner Jason Cordova and Sarah May, with Arianna Magee hosting and a few additional guests expected. Music will also be on the menu (a staple of Acquired Taste), provided by Afro tech and Latin house artist Nev4there as well as house musician LN.
