State Rep. Jonathan Hecht, whose district includes portions of North and West Cambridge, has open office hours from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday at SingaBella Café, 2401 Massachusetts Ave., North Cambridge, and from 8 to 9 a.m. Oct. 16 at Sarah’s Market & Café, 200 Concord Ave., Neighborhood Nine. Cambridge residents are invited to meet with Hecht to discuss pending legislation or any other issue of concern to them. Anyone unable to attend these office hours can call Hecht at (617) 722-2140 to schedule an appointment for another time.
