City officials have declared a snow emergency parking ban starting at 11 tonight. Here’s the city’s page on the matter and our post from the most recent snow emergency a whole week ago with some hints (and threats) about parking during the ban.
Snow is 90 percent likely, according to the National Weather Service, with perhaps an inch of accumulation expected before midnight and another three to five inches expected Friday before the storm tapers off during the day.
The weather is expected to be clear through Tuesday, when there’s a 30 percent chance of snow.
