Timothy Rowe, CEO of the The Cambridge Innovation Center entrepreneurial incubator, had an active two weeks contributing to council candidates — $2,740 to eight campaigns for incumbents, according to the state Office of Campaign and Political Finance.

The start-up center, near the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, called on its website “the largest flexible office facility for growing technology and life sciences companies in the Greater Boston area.” It is on the 14th floor of One Broadway in Kendall Square.
