I am writing to express my sincere and full endorsement for Dave Rogers to be elected our next state representative for the 24th Middlesex District.

Dave is a neighbor of mine who introduced himself to me when he was originally gathering signatures for this race. Although due to his energy and enthusiasm Dave received my general support immediately, he has really earned my vote based on what he has shown me since: his openness and commitment. Dave has stayed in regular touch, but more importantly has consistently reached out, through me and others he has met along the way, to an increasing circle of people everywhere in the district.  Dave always educates himself so that he is conversant on issues that truly matter to people, and intelligent and creative enough to develop practical solutions during our trying financial crisis.

To me, Dave represents what you want to see in a state representative: He makes a sustained and genuine effort to meet all of the people he may represent (regardless of party, ideology, neighborhood or background), has the compassion to listen to their stories and the drive to learn more so that he can best represent us. That is someone we should all vote for and why I will be doing so in the upcoming primary Sept. 6.
