Central Square Re/Max real estate office called a top small company to work at
From Re/Max of New England, Nov. 20: Re/Max Destiny has been named to the “Top Places to Work” list by The Boston Globe in its “small company” category.
For seven years, the Globe has recognized the state’s most admired workplaces based on employee surveys. The latest survey, conducted by employee survey firm WorkplaceDynamics, measured about 73,500 individuals’ responses to statements regarding six key factors related to employee happiness, including company direction, execution, employee connection, workload and responsibility, management and pay and benefits.
Re/Max Destiny is an independently owned, full-service real estate company at 906 Massachusetts Ave., near Central Square, and started in 1999 that serves homebuyers and sellers in Cambridge, Somerville, Boston proper and beyond that has grown from offering residential real estate services to include luxury marketing, apartment rentals, property management, commercial sales, leasing and consulting.
