A few seats are still available for a free business breakfast where a Google exec will talk about strategies for marketing local business.
A continental breakfast from Harvest Co-op Markets and a pitch for underwriting and event sponsorship at Cambridge Community Television itself in included, but the centerpiece of “Small is Agile: Increasing Local Businesses’ Marketing Reach” is a talk by Curt Fennell, a technical account manager at Google focused on ad use.
Discussion will focus on the Google for Work suite of products and ways to reach customers through Google AdWords.
“Small businesses in Cambridge face unique challenges in reaching local customers,” said Maggie Duffy, marketing, promotions and sales coordinator at Cambridge Community Television, said in a press release about the event. “You’ll have a rare chance to learn directly from Google employees how AdWords can help step up your game and build local awareness and business leads.”
The channels’ underwriting and sponsorship options are another way to reach more than 32,000 homes in Cambridge, the email said.
Space is limited and registration is required by calling Susan (617) 401-4004.
