Free program Sept. 15 leads senior citizens through documents vital in case of illness
From the Cambridge Council on Aging, Sept. 6, 2016: The Cambridge Council on Aging is hosting a free program for senior citizens called “Advance Planning 101,” in which guest speaker attorney Liane Zeitz will present an overview of documents essential for every adult to have prepared, regardless of age or state of health. Zeitz will discuss the potential consequences for an individual who has not planned for infirmity and will include a brief explanation of long-term care and MassHealth planning issues. This Massachusetts Bar Association 2016 Elder Law Education Program event runs from noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Citywide Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., Central Square.
