State Rep. Jon Hecht, a Democrat in the 29th Middlesex District made up of parts of Cambridge and Watertown, plans two office hours in Cambridge this month, from 5 to 6 p.m. April 16 at Dunkin’, 2480 Massachusetts Ave., North Cambridge, and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. April 30 at Sarah’s Market and Café
200 Concord Ave., in West Cambridge’s Huron Village.
