The Planning Board of the City of Cambridge will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. held remotely (see below for instructions to participate) on special permit application case PB-401 for the property located at 655 Massachusetts Avenue for which the Applicant is Beantown Donuts LLC seeking special permits pursuant to Section 20.304.5.4 Formula Business for a proposal to Establish a Formula Business that occupies 1259 square feet in the existing building
