Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of Washington Elms LLC, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Washington Elms Site Improvements Project, at 100 Harvard Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Hill-LiRo, Corp. 529 Main Street, Suite 3303, Boston MA 02129.
The project consists of Site Improvements including landscape changes and repair of an existing brick retaining wall.
The work is estimated to cost $150,000.00.
General bids will be received until Friday, May 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM and publicly opened online, forthwith.
All bids are subject to federal minimum wage rates as required by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the Davis-Bacon Act and are included in the project specifications.
General bids shall be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond. A 100% Payment Bond will be required for the awarded contract.
