Ward 8 residents caucus March 6 to elect delegates to Democratic State Convention
Residents of Cambridge’s Ward 8 (roughly the area north and west of Harvard Square) are invited to attend a virtual caucus at 11 a.m. March 6 to elect delegates and alternates to the Democratic State Convention scheduled for June 3-4. Elected delegates and alternates may attend the Worcester convention in person or participate remotely.

Christmas and New Year’s municipal service changes
Municipal offices will close Thursday and Friday for the Christmas holiday, as well as on Jan. 1 for New Year’s, city officials said. Payments are not required at parking meters and pay stations on Friday and Jan. 1. There are other changes as well.
