The city’s Election Commission launched an online voter registration search Wednesday. Registered voters will be able to check the address where they are registered, political party affiliation and whether their voting status is active, as well as to find their polling place – including a link to a map – and get a list of the elected officials representing them at the state and U.S. Congressional level.

Access to the information is by entering first and last name and date of birth.

For residents who are not registered in Cambridge, there is a link to a voter registration form that can be printed and mailed to the commission.

For voters in the 5th Congressional district, the deadline to register to vote for the Oct. 15 special primary is 8 p.m. Sept. 25. For all Cambridge voters, the deadline to register for the Nov. 5 municipal election is 8 p.m. Oct. 16.
