State closes one lane along Memorial Drive, expecting project’s end, reopening March 31
The right lane eastbound on Memorial Drive between Amesbury and Fowler streets is closed through March 31 to accommodate a municipal outfall project, the state Department of Conservation and Recreation said Thursday. Traffic and pedestrian patterns will be clearly marked, and a police detail will be on site, department officials said.
