The right lane eastbound on Memorial Drive between Amesbury and Fowler streets is closed through March 31 to accommodate a municipal outfall project, the state Department of Conservation and Recreation said Thursday. Traffic and pedestrian patterns will be clearly marked, and a police detail will be on site, department officials said.
