Lesley University is celebrating its College of Art and Design students with an art walk in the city’s Porter Square neighborhood. Massachusetts Avenue businesses between the Porter Square MBTA station and Sacramento Street will display the students’ original artwork, created for their senior bachelor of fine arts thesis projects, in their storefronts.

Businesses displaying the art include Commonwealth Locksmith Co.; Planet Fitness; Bourbon Coffee; Nomad; Judy Jetsons; University Wine Shop; Elegant Tailor & Cleaners; Made by Me; Get in Shape for Women; Cambridge Clogs; and some vacant storefronts.

The Lesley Art + Design Storefront Initiative is co-presented by the LA+D Dean’s Community Advisory Council, with Digital Silver Imaging donating printing, production and installation of more than 50 vinyl cling posters along Massachusetts.
