Meet Mystic Avenue developer

Mystic Avenue Neighborhood Meeting, 6 p.m. Monday. The developers of a proposed lab building at 45 Mystic Ave., near Assembly Square, joined by their attorney Anne Vigorito, their architects and their sustainability team, will present the results of a civic space study required as part of their master plan. Education funding for job seekers

Job Creation & Retention Trust, 6 p.m. Monday. The committee will vote to distribute funding to several nonprofit adult education programs. Watchable by video conferencing.

Outdoor dining next year

Licensing Commission, 6 p.m. Monday. This commission chaired by Joe Lynch will consider proposed adjustments to next year’s outdoor seating rules for restaurants. Watchable by video conferencing.

Reviewing the city charter …

Special Committee on Charter Review, 6 p.m. Monday. The Charter Review Committee, made up of all members of the City Council and chaired by Ward 2 councilor J.T. Scott, will convey its recommendations and proposed charter text. Watchable by video conferencing.

City Council, 7 p.m. Tuesday. Chaired by Matt McLaughlin, the City Council will discuss the meeting of the special committee on charter review, which all councilors were expected to attend the previous night. The council meets at City Hall, 93 Highland Ave., Somerville. Televised and watchable by video conferencing.

Mystic boardwalk maintenance

Conservation Commission, 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. The commission will hear a presentation on Mystic River boardwalk maintenance from representatives of the state Department of Conservation and Recreation. Watchable by video conferencing.
