Public Hearing Regarding FY25 Funding Allocationย

Virtual Meeting

The Community Preservation Act (CPA) Committee hereby gives notice of its public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 31, 2024.ย  The hearing will be conducted virtually through Zoom. ย 

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comment on the funding allocation percentages for Affordable Housing, Open Space/Recreation, and Historic Preservation projects eligible for Community Preservation Act funding in FY25.ย  Each year, the City is required to spend at least 10% of its annual CPA allocation on each category.ย  The remaining percentage can be used towards any of the three funding categories.
