The base cost is $25, except for seniors and people with disabilities who may be eligible for a free pass, with an option to make a voluntary contribution to city climate change initiatives. Residents with an active 2016 residential parking permit can renew online here to avoid delays or long walk-in lines at the Traffic, Parking & Transportation Department at 344 Broadway.
