I firmly oppose a tall building that would block our windows and allow us no sunshine. My wife is 90, and because of severe heart failure, she canโ€™t go out. Because she must stay indoors year-round, it is only from our window that she gets sunshine, which is indispensable to her health and life. If the boutique hotel goes up, she will live in darkness all day and throughout the year. We are firmly opposed to the hotel. The health of dozens of elders cannot be ignored!

  1. Central is at the very heart of the Boston metro area. If we don’t build city features in the heart of Boston, then where? I also don’t want the noise of cars or to see the garbage of neighbors. I would love to have a big yard in the middle of the city. But I choose to live in Boston core because the multitude of benefits we’ll outweighs the cost.
